Return Policy and RMA
Motor & Control Solutions accepts returns on unused, resalable stock products within thirty days of the invoice date. Every return needs a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from us before you ship anything back.
Online, if you have a Motor & Control Solutions account
- Sign in and go to Order History
- Find the order and click View Order
- Click Create RMA

If you ordered by phone or do not have an account, call us with your original invoice number and we discusss your return request.

Motor & Control Solutions Return Policy at a Glance
30 Day Return Window
Return requests must be initiated with 30 days from invoice date.
25% Minimum Restocking Charge
All items are subject to minimum 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Unused and Resalable Condition
All item(s) must be returned in the original, undamaged factory packaging and be in resalable as new condition. Upon, receipt and inspection of returned item(s), any item(s) that show signs of installation, mounting or use will be rejected
Special Order Items
All non-stock and special order items are displayed and sold on the website as non-cancelable/non-returnable(NCNR). No Return Authorization will be issued on Special Order Products without special authorization from the manufacturer to accept the return. Call us with questions and we will be happy to see how we can assist.
Custom-Built Equipment
Equipment built to your specifications cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.
Until we receive it, it is yours
Pack returns carefully. Equipment remains your property until Motor & Control Solutions receives, inspects, and accepts it.
